WINOOSKI FARMERS MARKET:
Seasonal Farmers Market located in front of the Champlain Mill between late May and
early October. Spring Into the Arts Festival Summer Arts celebration featuring Middle/High
School bands, food, crafts, and Buy a Beautiful bowl to benefit the Winooski Food Shelf.
WAKING WINDOWS:
A 3-day music, art, comedy, food and drink festival located throughout Winooski during
the first weekend of May.
BEST POOCH IN THE ‘NOOSK:
An extremely popular dog show held annually at the last Farmer’s Market Sunday of the season.
PUMPKIN HALLOWEEN EVENT:
Winooski is famous for it’s nearly 1,000 pumpkins which are carved by community members
and placed throughout the downtown and rotary for display for the two days before Halloween.
WINOOSKI ART WALK:
A self-guided walking tour of local artists in downtown Winooski.
Typically held in October annually.
DISCOVER JAZZ FESTIVAL
An annual event held throughout the greater Burlington area in June.

In the heart of Downtown Winooski, the falls can be enjoyed by the river or one of many
restaurants and buildings, or paths following the Winooski river.
RIVERWALK:
A tranquil boardwalk that follows around the river in Downtown Winooski, that connects
to various hiking trails.
LAKE CHAMPLAIN:
The biggest Lake in VT! Various beaches, boating marinas, parks and islands connect
and make up this summer and winter wonderland location.
